MORTGAGE FINANCING IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
You must now take the all-important step of securing a financing commitment to purchase your new home. It is
your responsibility to arrange for this financing through the lending institution of your choice. You
must notify Taylor-Morley Homes of the lending institution within 7 days of
contract acceptance. Many homebuyers will initially contact the bank with which they do business to seek the appropriate mortgage loan. The most common practice, however, is to seek your home loan through an established mortgage company.
Your Community Sales Manager can assist you in selecting the mortgage company most familiar with the community in which you will be building your new home. Don't hesitate to seek the Community Sales Manager's advice, as he or she is thoroughly experienced in helping to secure financing for our homebuyers.
As a rule, all Home Purchase Contracts are contingent upon securing a financing commitment from a qualified lending institution.
