Your Design Consultation - Your Community Sales Manager will provide you with information from your Design Consultant at the time of your contract signing. Please
make the initial call to set the first appointment the day you sign the
contract. During your Design Gallery Consultation with your personal Design Team Consultant you may select:
Colors for Standard Features - including cabinetry, countertops, flooring, lighting, exterior siding, brick color, shingles and gutters, etc.
Upgrades - for many of the standard features. Taylor-Morley homebuyers have challenged us to offer more personalized options. These include product areas in which a multitude of choices, style variations, and price options are available, such as granite tops, cherry cabinets, ceramic tile flooring, etc.
Optional Features (Non - Structural) - such as security systems, architectural lighting, central vacuum systems and much more. We focus on offering the home features and amenities which "make sense" to install during construction, affording you the opportunity to include them in your mortgage.
Selections Worksheet Due Within 31 Days of Contract
Every selection made in the Design Gallery triggers a series of time-sensitive construction activities including price verification for some custom items, issuance of purchase orders, and production and shipping time for arrival of materials. All of these must result in on-site readiness of the materials and products for installation on dates specified in the construction schedule.
** All Changes after this point will incur a $200 fee per change, regardless of whether the item you wish to change has not been started or completed!!!
As a part of our Continuing Commitment to afford our customers 100% satisfaction, each homebuyer will be provided with up to
10 hours of design time in our beartiful Design Gallery. For customers who desire additional time, an
hourly fee of $100.00 will be assessed in order to make sure our consultants are able to provide the best customer care to each and every homeowner.
Note: 1-hour will be deducted from your allotted 10 hours of design gallery time for each missed appointment. If you are late for an appointment, this time will also be deducted from your allotted hours.
** At this stage, it is extremely important that you have identified all features you wish to add to your home and any modifications to be made to the original plan.
** Selected communities will make color selections at the display. Please ask your Community Sales Manager for more information about your community.
