Approximately five days before closing, you'll be introduced to your new home. Together with your Personal Builder, you will view the finished product!
Before the tour, you'll receive a "Homeowner Introductory Tour" form, which will familiarize you with items to be discussed and help you to formulate any questions.

- Familiarize you with the features of your new home.
- Demonstrate operation of the various systems (heating and air
conditioning, electrical, plumbing, windows, doors, appliances, etc.).
- Point out key maintenance items and highlight tips for homeowner care in
the maintenance section of your Home Owner's Manual.
- Present you with manufacturers' warranties for various appliances and give
instrucitons for completing the warranties and returning them to the
manufacturers.
- Outline TAYLOR-MORLEY HOMES' warranty procedures for our 60-day and 1-year
limited warranty program.
- Verify that your home is complete.
