Upon completion of interior walls (or drywall), approximately four to six weeks of construction remain before your home is finished. At this point, TAYLOR-MORLEY HOMES will establish the closing date for you to take ownership of your new home.
About a Month to Go!
You'll receive a letter from our corporate office providing the date of closing (subject to weather) and instructions on the home closing process. This letter will include details on closing with your mortgage lender and title company, instructions for initiating utility service to your home, and the scheduled date for your Home Introductory Tour.
Note: Once you receive your closing letter from Taylor-Morley you should confirm financing is secured and your rate has been locked.
