After your contract finalization meeting, you will have your pre-construction meeting with your Personal Builder. Our Personal Builders look forward to meeting with you and will review in detail all the special features you have requested and explain fully the process that will be followed during the construction of your home.
At this meeting, you will also review the "layout" of your home on the site you have selected (Plot Plan). This step is important to ensure you understand the exact placement of your home and the way your site will be graded according to the approved grading plan. At this time, your Community Sales Manager and Personal Builder will make you aware of infrastructure and special conditions that may affect your home site.
